Frank Cole

Frank Cole is a long time resident of Virginia Beach. Having been a contractor for almost twenty years and a real estate agent for six, he knows the Hampton Roads real estate market inside and out. With his contracting experience, Frank understands the pieces of a home both aesthetically and structurally. He believes that there is almost always a solution to even the most difficult problem, and he has built strong relationships with quality tradespeople to see to it. As the son of a US Naval Officer, Frank has a deep appreciation for all military members and enjoys helping them throughout their entire real estate transaction process. Frank specializes in working with first time homebuyers and taking the weight off their shoulders in order to reduce stress levels across the board. Frank is a lifetime student and teacher, a devoted listener and speaker, and a dedicated sayer and doer. When he has spare time you can find him training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, working out at his local CrossFit gym, building and restoring furniture and enjoying time with his friends and family.
